These brief check ins are for those who want to: - have confirmation they are on the right track - have 1-2 diet-related questions - need new ideas/strategies for mixing things up - want to review food products to see if they can fit within their diet plan - want education on reading food labels - have one diet-related topic they want more information on All consults will be delivered via Zoom video conferencing or phone (your preference).

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged the $50.00 cancellation fee.
