Service Description

Review consultations with Dr Jessica Turton are completed via Zoom (up to 60 minutes). These consultations are perfect for those who: - have recently completed an initial consultation with Dr Turton and would like to follow-up on their progress and receive more practical strategies and advice - have specific topics or questions to discuss in detail (we love questions!) - have new blood test results to review/discuss - would like to develop a meal plan or discuss meal ideas during the consult - are following a therapeutic dietary approach for the management of a health condition (e.g., low-carb diet, elimination diet) and require ongoing support - would like to review their supplement program (assess current supplements and suggest new/updated regimen) - would like to review the nutritional adequacy of their dietary intake - have run into any challenges (big or small) and/or are struggling adhere to the recommended diet/supplement plan - would like to review/adjust their goals ***Please note: Jessica will be going on maternity leave in June 2024*** As the Director of Ellipse Health and the Lead Dietitian at The Centre For Gastrointestinal Health, Jessica manages a team of Accredited Practising Dietitians who practise using them same methods, evidence base, and resources as she does. The entire Ellipse Health team have undertaken additional dietetic training with Dr Turton and continue to be mentored by her. When Jessica goes on leave, she will complete a comprehensive handover to one of the other Ellipse Health Dietitians so you can continue receiving premium nutrition & dietetics support.
