Who doesn't love a good bliss ball? The following recipe was created by Melissa for active clients who are on the hunt for a good pre-workout energy boost, or a post-workout recovery snack to help optimise protein synthesis (building stronger muscles!).
P.s. Don't you love it when a recipe only has 1 step! (Ohhh the simplicity...)
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1cup desiccated coconut
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbs natural peanut butter
2 tbs honey
3 medjool dates
Blend all ingredients and then roll into balls and refrigerate!
